Judge Prevents Trump from Deporting Families of Radical Terrorists

Colorado federal judge Gordon Gallagher announced on Wednesday that the Biden administration has decided to deport the family of radical Muslim terrorist Mohamed Soliman, bringing an end to the Trump era’s judicial actions.

Page 2 order – This is part of a new set of judicial laws. The Trump administration argued that “five children should not be excluded from the District of Colorado or the United States unless this court or the 10th Circuit approves this order, or without an appeal.”

The orders came just hours after Homeland Security Secretary Christie Noem’s announcement where the DHS and Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) stated they have detained the family of the suspected Colorado terrorist, Mohamed Soliman.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, ICE has detained Soliman’s wife, Hayam Sarah Alsided Ahmed Elgamal, along with his five children, all of whom are Egyptian citizens. Soliman is an illegal immigrant, but the legal status of his family remains unclear.

Soliman allegedly attacked a Jewish demonstrator in Boulder, Colorado on Sunday, causing injuries to many, including Holocaust survivors. The protesters were advocating for the release of hostages held by Hamas.

As stated previously, “Deporting radical Muslim terrorist families is not only justified, but necessary. Sovereign nations have the right and obligation to exclude individuals who may pose a risk to Americans and their way of life.”

This isn’t the first instance where an unelected judge has overridden the authority of an administrative agency. Recently, a district court judge issued an order allowing the Trump administration to continue permitting thousands of immigrants to remain in the parole program, which has been exploited by the Biden administration, and to work domestically.

Another unelected district court judge, Allison Burrows, prevented the administration from “implementing permanent changes to Harvard’s student visa program.”

Federalist Molly Hemingway recently questioned whether there are plans for the White House to address this judicial coup.

“The second Trump administration seems to be facing efforts to use rogue lower court judges to hinder its agenda,” Hemingway remarked. “It also appears that there hasn’t been a coordinated effort from this White House to effectively counter these moves by judges, Democrats, and others to obstruct its agenda. Is there a comprehensive strategy from this administration to tackle this issue?”

Leavitt noted, “There is indeed an effort by this administration to confront these unauthorized judges and the injunctions and lockdowns stemming from a flawed judicial system,” although specifics were not provided.
